Job Summary:

The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets for our line of clinical-based phototherapy medical devices and associated services. This role will engage current and prospective customers to increase brand awareness and secure sales, directly and through digital marketing campaigns. This role will also support or lead key internal initiatives to innovate new products, reduce costs, and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical service organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and attentive to detail, and display a strong bias for action to help our customers.

This role will be located on-site at our Beachwood, Ohio headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability targets by leading or supporting key initiatives which enable business growth, reduced costs, supply chain continuity, and innovation.
• Directly engage current and prospective clinical customers, including hospitals and dermatology centers, to secure sales of products and related support services while educating customers on the benefits and financial attractiveness of National Biological’s portfolio.
• Actively maintain the field services schedule, coordinating planned activities with customers in a manner which maximizes the utilization of field personnel while minimizing travel costs.
• Prepare and deliver product and service quotations as directed by the sales manager while responding quickly to external RFQ’s and customer support inquiries. Populate and maintain accurate customer within Salesforce CRM system.
• In coordination with the marketing personnel, develop and execute tools and campaigns to increase brand awareness and demand for products and services.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Previous work experience in B2B sales, inside sales, and new account development
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable building relationships over the telephone
• Basic understanding of financial data and using data to make informed decisions
• PREFERRED: Working knowledge of Salesforce
• PREFERRED: Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries
• PREFERRED: Proficiency in a foreign language
• < 5% domestic travel may be required
